"Couple Colour" by Chantelle Johnston

	A colour version of "Couple," Keyan and Leilah. The scanner took some detail away from the faces but over all you can still see everything. Any comments are appreciated and any advice taking into consideration. Please any tips or hints for this or any of my works would be great.

I love it in colour - it brings it to life, but the pencil sketch is just as lovely, more sincere and deep since it is focussing on the emotion behind the picture, rather than colour - does that make sense? You know how black and white portraits always seem more ’deep’ than colour ones?.... Chantelle Johnston replies: "I know what you mean. I did photography in college and always loved the way my black and whites turned out... But colours cool too Glad you like this one, thanx for the comment!"
1 Nov 2009	David N Melik	Loading... I think you should have put some more darker shading into their hair--even on the top: hair is illuminated in strange ways. I am not sure why his ear bends back instead of being like the ears on the Disney Peter Pan or Star Trek’s Spock.... Chantelle Johnston replies: "Thanx for the comment and your input. The hair was originally darker and had much more tones, but some of that got lost when I scanned it. "
