An Angel waiting at a gateway for those who have passed on.

And yes, I stole the arch way from my "Mirror Window." It was fitting. I wanted to keep this as 'modest' as possible, somewhat peaceful and not over the top and glamorous.

I like this pic as well!! one thing, though. i think her face is a tad skinny. that’s all though!! very good job!!

great shading!!! i don’t know what the story behind of this is, but to be honest, i’d be scared of her... there’s something spooky about her looks which makes you not really know if you can really trust her or not:-/... great picture!

:-) Chantelle Johnston replies: "Thanx for commenting. I tired to push myself with this one to make it a little more detailed that what I usually do. There’s not really a story, more an idea. I’ve lost people who were close to me and I always had this idea that someone or something would wait for them to take them to the other side. So this is where this came from. The idea is these ’waiters’ are more like escorts, they’re not there to make friends, just to make sure you get to where you’re going safely. More or less.
